1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Infuse app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.
2. The Service
Infuse uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transcribe voice notes into recipes.
Important Disclaimer regarding AI:
- Accuracy: AI is an experimental technology. Infuse may occasionally produce inaccurate or hallucinatory results (e.g., wrong quantities, missing ingredients).
- Verification: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any recipe generated by the app before cooking.
3. Food Safety Disclaimer
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- •Infuse is a documentation tool, not a food safety authority.
- •The app may generate instructions regarding cooking times or temperatures that are incorrect.
- •You are solely responsible for ensuring food is cooked to safe internal temperatures and for identifying allergens.
- •We are not liable for any illness, injury, or damage resulting from reliance on the recipes generated or stored in the app.
4. User Content & Conduct
- You retain ownership of the recipes you create.
- You grant us a license to host, store, and display your content strictly for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- You agree not to use the app to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Infuse or its founders be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
